A: ITAR restrictions often accompany military contracts. make a big difference. You will be restricted to purchasing parts from US vendors Low cost country sourcing is most likely not an option. I've also noticed on some supplier audits that ITAR suppliers can be sloppy with their process and quality control when they have a few military contracts in place.
